Brittany Byrd

Brittany Byrd is a true mutli-hypenate. As an individual seeking to master different forms of creative expression, by way of her practice, she catalyses her visionary maze across the fields of art, fashion, photography, design and curation. From designing the entry installation at the Met Gala, to working with world-renowned artists and brands, she shape shifts her way through mediums and unfolds layered ideas at a staggering executional level. She also runs and curates Byrd Museum, a community-oriented artist and event space in Los Angeles, where her values of cultural integrity and inclusivity have remained immutable. We recently caught up with her at her home, and it became apparent the incredible thing about Brittany isn't the diversity or depth of her work, but that she has the ability to work on just about any "creative" project, and transform the outcome in an unexpected way.
